“You were called to service my 26 year unit and found it in poor shape and not worth repairing. Without heat for a few days while we were away we asked to try and get moved up on your schedule. Two days later it was installed. I returned from vacation and reviewed the work and every was done to my satisfaction. Thank you for your help and professionalism”
“Our furnace stopped working on what happened to be the coldest day of the year… Negative temperatures and was told by my DTE service plan we wouldn't be able to get serviced until the next day. I received a call from Climate Pros saying they were going to work me in that day so my family didn't have to go without heat if we didn't have to during this frigid cold… Repair man showed up earlier than expected, was extremely friendly and knowledgeable and quick and helpful and polite and went out of his way to have us up and running in less than an hour. “After a multi day power outage, our AC would not work. I called before 9AM for service. I was told the service professional would be at our home between 9AM and noon. I was shocked and said – "TODAY?" The wonderful gentleman came out to our home BEFORE 9:30AM! He was kind and polite and very patient with me – I have an extreme stuttering problem. He fixed the issue and left – THANK YOU SO MUCH! I was in awe. Climate Pros will definitely be my go to call for any future heating and cooling issues. I am extremely impressed!!”

“About 2 years ago our furnace was making noise and needed replaced. We wanted a service that was local and took a chance on Climate Pros! We called and Derek took care of us right away and he immediately gave us recommendations and let us choose what we felt comfortable with. He diagnosed the issue quickly, pulled the part from the truck, replaced item, having us back to heating.

“Our boiler was over 40 years old and needed to be replaced. Called and a tech showed up the next day to measure everything up. He ordered the parts and they were back the day after that. They replaced the boiler, and 3 area thermostats. Financing was easy and now we have heat. Truly satisfied with the Climate Pro’s.”
